法式料理迷人之處,就在於像魔法一般,令人看不清也猜不透,等到答案揭曉的那一刻,方才驚呼說 "啊 ~ 原來如此",而這次造訪的餐廳 "蘭",無論是在視覺或是味覺上 (嗅覺就可惜了一點 ... 因為我感冒鼻塞 :P,慘遭毆飛 ~) ,確實令我嘖嘖稱奇,也享受了很棒的一場午宴!
"蘭" 的午間套餐只有兩套可選,價格為 NT. 1580 與 NT. 2280,心繫著月中已過,自然得為月底著想,於是便老老實實的選了價格比較低的。是說 ... 蘭的午餐價位直逼其他高檔餐廳的晚餐價格耶!看來要吃 "蘭",可得為了什麼特別理由才能說服自己再過來一趟了 ... 不過放心,對我來說理由是很好找的啦!XD
"蘭" 的經營者跟位於民生社區的 "L 先生義法餐廳" 是同一人,但兩者的客群目標不同,蘭的取向是精湛的高超食藝,已達藝術境界了,所以光看 "蘭" 那擺盤架勢就知道店家之企圖所在,不過兩間餐廳卻同樣榮獲米其林餐盤的肯定,真的是非常厲害呢!
又多了一處享用高端法式料理的好地方啦!改天有機會我要用晚餐時段過來攻頂看看!感受一下極致法式料理的樣貌 ~

The most fascinating part of French Cuisine is you can’t figure and guess until the last moment answer revealed, just like a magic show, then you exclaim “Oh! I’ve never had that thought, it’s a miracle.” This time I drop by Orchid Restaurant, it really makes me feel so magical, no matter visual or gustative. I did enjoy a great lunchtime feast!
There are only two lunch sets to choose, and the prices are NT.1580 and NT. 2280. Considering the budget, I had better pick up the cheaper one lol. But the price of lunchtime in Orchid Restaurant is the same as other high-class restaurants’ dinner. As a result, if you want to dine here, must have a good reason in advance, or just find one lol.
The owner of Orchid Restaurant also runs Monsieur L Restaurant in Minsheng Community. However, the two restaurants’ guests are quite different. Orchid Restaurant specializes in fine arts of cuisine, and you can find out that through how they decorate and place food on plates. But the two restaurants have got recommended by Michelin Guide in 2018.
Next time, I wanna try dinner set in Orchid Restaurant, to enjoy the top French cuisine, after I save enough money lol.

餐前麵包上桌前會再烤熱 外酥內嫩又略微燙口 吃起來真的滿不錯的 ~ 不過內裏部分 有種像在吃無糖黑糖糕的 fu 因為麵包本身還挺會吸口水的 ... 哈哈 口感真的超級像 吃不夠可以再續 (免費) 約莫需要等 5 分鐘左右 另外,一旁佐的奶油也很不一般 分別添入香草籽、檸檬皮與烏龍茶 形塑出三款風味迥異的特色奶油來 加上一小杓的鹽之華,吃麵包佐油 還真是第一次嘗試到,頗為特別 |
第二道料理為 【果凍海老】 帶有春天的氣息 宛若大地冒出新綠嫩芽一般 非常有畫面及美感 扮演泥土腳色者為墨魚脆片 (照片中黑黑的那片 ...) 底下透明的晶凍是以柴魚高湯凝成 主角海老則為胭脂蝦 富含海味又肉質甜柔,非常可口 食用前先把泥土敲碎與柴魚晶凍相混拌 時而微酸、時而為辛的滋味 令人為這道佳餚的多變風味而著迷 |
第三道為 【泥土裏的香菇 [右]】 使用食材為鮑魚菇、松子牛奶片、 牛蒡奶油醬汁,最後再灑上可可粉 鮑魚菇還挺少吃到的 通常都是吃杏鮑菇居多 本身口感帶點脆度而柔滑 而我覺得這道菜最大的亮點 在於牛蒡奶油醬汁 把牛蒡的清香融入濃郁的奶油內 激盪出芳醇好味道 也因此同行的友人特地 續點了麵包來沾附著吃 吃到一滴都不剩 真的,醬汁是這道佳餚的精髓啊 ~~~ |
【主菜二選一 ─ 午仔魚格勒諾布爾】 搭配檸檬酸豆與奶醬同享 魚肉質地細嫩而酥香 是品質非常棒的魚排,好吃! |
【甜點 ─ 鳳梨雞尾酒】 由炭烤金鑽鳳梨與龍舌蘭冰沙組成 [右] 冰沙其實沒有什麼酒味 (好險 :D) 搭配上頂層圓形的墨魚汁蛋白霜餅 與底下的黑蒜粉 是一道外觀看起來很特別的甜品 實際吃起來,我覺得就是 以鳳梨的香甜與冰沙的沁涼為主軸 外加上一大堆黑麻麻的配料 XD ~ |
