除了烤鴨之外,金磚脆皮燒肉、脆皮雞等鎮店招牌菜,也都各領風騷、表現亮眼;此外,加點的幾樣港點,也同樣讓大家直呼好吃!不知是否為錯覺,我總覺得比過去吃過的同款菜色還要好吃耶!或許挑對一起吃飯的人也很重要吧 :),氣氛對了,就什麼都對了 ~~~
服務方面,畢竟是星級大飯店的水準,自然是無可挑剔;餐廳內的裝潢,走很典雅的中式風格,最有意思的是把寫有招牌菜名的木牌,懸掛於天花板上作為裝飾,也許下次來不曉得該點啥時,就抬頭看看,靈感自然來 XD。唯一美中不足之處,就是餐廳生意太好,人聲鼎沸,雖說設有包廂,但據聞起手價不斐而作罷,最後杯盤狼藉之際,又跑去斜對角的咖啡廳續攤,也算是彌補了缺憾嚕 ~

There are many restaurants in Taipei serving Roast Duck with Crispy Skin, such as W-hotel’s YEN Chinese Restaurant, Marriott Hotel’s The Dining Place and so on. And this time I found a new great one, Chiu Yuet Fong, located on the first floor of Grand Mayfull Taipei. Its Roast Duck with Crispy Skin is not only delicious but also various, totally different from other restaurants’.
In addition to roast duck, Chiu Yuet Fong’s roast pork with crispy skin and roast chicken with crispy skin are both splendid as well. What’s more, three kinds of dim sum we ordered are tasty, too. I think the cuisines here are much more delish than I’ve had before in other restaurants. It’s really magic! Maybe having a meal with the right people makes food yummier!
As to service, it’s flawless since it’s a high-level hotel’s restaurant. The interior design of Chiu Yuet Fong is absolutely Chinese style with elegance. And the most interesting part is the wooden boards, which are written its famous cuisine name and hanged on the ceiling. Perhaps, when you don’t know what to order, then just look up, and you’ll get some sparkle lol. There is only one drawback here, too noisy, due to full of gourmets. Although there are private dining rooms here, these would cost you an arm and a leg. So, the best solution is to get some drinks in the nearby café shop after a meal, as a happy ending.

到粵菜餐廳來,茶資通常都得按人頭計 這裡也不例外,NT. 80/人 茶款有普洱、東方美人、鐵觀音、文山包種茶、 三峽碧螺春、阿里山金萱及阿里山烏龍 因為金萱比較少見,又是產自阿里山 所以就挑了這款走清香路線的茶來試試 茶湯呈金黃色的金萱本身會帶點淡奶香 喝了會有隱隱回甘之感,頗為順口 |
【第二吃:御膳碧綠鴨鬆盞 ~ 推】 融集了鴨肉丁、洋地瓜、紅蘿蔔丁等一同調味快炒 呈現出滋味略重、鹹香的風味來 再撒上白芝麻與油條末增添香氣與口感 最後在新鮮美生菜葉的完美包覆下 讓味道變得清爽怡人 第二吃除了鴨鬆之外 另有鐵鑊干炒火鴨絲以及柚蘿沙拉手撕鴨可選 下次來時我想換口味試試看 |
【金磚脆皮燒豬肉 NT. 520 ~ 大推】 很久沒吃到這麼棒的脆皮豬肉了 上層的豬皮雖脆卻不會過硬且鹹度適切 可以感受到作工的細膩 而下層是瘦肥相參的五花肉部位 有緊實 Q 彈的肉質,也有軟若凝脂的油脂 細細咀嚼之際肉汁會在口中橫流 這裡的脆皮豬肉真的 hen 厲害啊! 相比之下 ... 以前在紫艷吃的 純粹就是吃氣味的而已,少了大口吃肉的爽度 |
【金牌脆皮龍崗雞 (半隻) NT. 480 ~ 大推】 這道雞料理也屬鎮店之寶之一 有著皮脆、肉嫩、骨香的三項特點 菜單上介紹說,這道料理算是集結了 炸雞與白斬雞的特色,原本還真難以想像 品嘗過後方知所言不假 皮脆跟骨香自然是烘烤過後的亮點 而肉嫩且多汁一直是白斬雞的特色 這款脆皮雞竟然全都囊括了 吃起來超級無敵香,我覺得 再叫個半隻來一樣會被掃光光喔 ~ 好吃的魅力無法擋! |
