因為價格偏高,所以這次初訪羽村就先保守點,嘗試看看價格相對親民、僅午間供應的定食 (NT. 550 Up)。而經此一嚐,還真讓我喜歡上羽村這間餐廳呢!撇開很有質感的環境與細膩的服務不談,羽村以優質食材搭配精湛手藝,給人深刻感受到以品質所堆砌出的鮮美好滋味。一般日式定食價格要能突破四百誠屬不易,羽村竟然破五百,光看價格還真不太容易接受,可以畢竟一分錢一分貨,真要吃過方知曉那樣的品質著實對得起這樣的花費。
後來回家寫部落格時才發現,羽村竟然是來自日本岡山的料理餐廳,也難怪吃的當下總感覺很不一般呢!好啦 ~ 見證了羽村的好手藝,下次再訪時我要試試看他們家的懷石料理,據說更是精髓之所在,開始期待了呢!(口水狂流ing ...)

The first time I dropped by “Hamura” Japanese restaurant was on my way to have ramen for lunch. While I was walking on the street nearby CTBC Financial Park, I checked out my to-visit restaurant list at the same time. I found there was one restaurant, “Hamura”, of the same kind on that list. So, I changed my mind to savor it, despite that it’s a little expensive.
Due to the price is a little high, I decided to order the lunch set (NT. 550 up), which was served only in lunchtime and doesn’t cost a fortune. After savoring it, I profoundly realized the quality and taste were totally worth the high price, not mention the nice atmosphere and great service. Generally speaking, the price of Japanese set meal is seldom higher than NT. 400. However, Hamura’s is more than NT. 500. At first, it’s really hard to accept, but after experiencing, you’ll know it’s worthwhile to spend money that much.
After I went back home to blog Hamura, I just found it originates from Okayama ken of Japan. No wonder I felt it was so great as I was dining. Since that, I’ve already known how splendid Hamura is, next time I’ll go to savor its Kaiseki cuisine, which is said more delicate and delicious. I’m expecting from now on!

既然有價格相對親民的午間定食 自然是不容錯過嚕 ~ 內容均含前菜、甜點與主食 價格貌似不便宜 不過一分錢一分貨是鐵律 究否物有所值,得吃看看再說 |
先付是質地細緻、毫無氣孔的白木耳茶碗蒸 [右圖] 上頭綴以水雲及小菇菇 (原諒我認不出來 :P) 味道疏淡雅致,滿好吃的 日本料理的茶碗蒸合該如此 不過吃慣重口味的朋友可能會覺得偏淡了些許 餐後則會送上 紅豆冰淇淋與玄米綠茶 [左圖] 作為 ending 應該入冬後會更換甜點內容 |
【明蝦天婦羅丼飯 NT. 700 ~ 推】 身為主角的炸明蝦,體型豐碩 且肉質緊實鮮甜,吃起來超級爽快 除了明蝦之外 還有質地細嫩、無刺的炸魚塊、 玉米筍、南瓜等配角,內容挺豐富的 其中還有一顆炸蛋 食用前先戳破讓半生熟的蛋黃液橫流 然後跟底下參有海苔與芝麻的白米飯相拌 好吃! 一旁搭配的醃漬白蘿蔔片 口感爽脆清甜,雖是配菜 卻也讓人吃在嘴裡、記在心底,滿厲害的 而味噌湯相當日式 滋味是鹹的而非台式偏甜風格 同時也能感受到豆香 所以,整份定食這樣吃下來 我覺得一份七百塊算是物有所值的 從前菜到主食、甚至是結尾 每個環節的表現都很亮眼 也都非常日式而無絲毫台味 真的相當不錯 當然,想要吃到同樣味美的天婦羅 也許他處會有更親民的價格 不過品質鐵定沒有這麼好 從這份簡單的定食,就能深刻感受到 羽村的美味是用對食材的品質與堅持打造出來的 不過呢 ... 跟最低價的懷石料理相比 只價差 NT. 300 而已 我倒是覺得可以直接衝了啦!:D |
